I've been gluten-free for over ten years, and it'll forever be my way of life. I don't eat a ton of bread in general, but I hate spending $6–10 on each loaf at the store. I'm trying to make everything from scratch to save money and know exactly what's going into my body. I got a bread machine for Christmas, and my first two tries turned out like bricks. Flavor and texture were way off. My sister has also been testing recipes in her bread machine, and she came up with the perfect, easy loaf!
I use a basic bread machine I picked up on Amazon. We haven't tried this recipe in the oven, so go at your own risk there and let me know if you do! Bread makers are so cool because they handle every step for you. You just add all your ingredients and press go. Easy peasy.
